Delivery by courier depends on item size. Couriers fees for smaller items are set and available on checkout. Larger items outside Gauteng may require a quote.

Most items and colours are in stock and delivery can take place between 1 and 3 days, depending on delivery schedules.
At times when fabric availability is a problem, delivery can be delayed but will take place within 14 days.
During the December festive season factories generally close between 15th December to 10 January.
Although we keep a warehouse with stock there are always some items that are sold out before the factories re-open, this may cause delays of up to end of January. Please check with us if this whether this will be applicable to your order.
SHIPPING POLICY
The delivery service depend on your area and size of products. Most items are large and large items are expensive to courier outside of Gauteng. Local delivery fees are delivered in house. For bulk orders please contact us for fees. Collections are welcome. Some areas, like farms, A/H and outlying areas, may be more expensive and in these instances there will be an addition to the standard fee. Delivery charge outside Gauteng is only an estimate and we will confirmed this once we have the delivery address and order.
We guarantee the product to be in the originally manufactured condition at the time of the unloading at your delivery address.
In most instances our drivers will offer to assist in placing the items in required rooms, this is a courtesy service and is not covered under the abovementioned guarantee. Any damages from the time of goods being offloaded at the clients' premises is at the risk of the buyer. Buyers must ensure that the items are safely carried and placed inside.
Drivers may under no circumstances remove doors or fixtures from a dwelling or office to fit items. Neither are they permitted to hoist furniture to higher floors or through windows.
That Couch Place cannot take responsibility if items bought do not fit through the doors or in the required spaces.

Buffalo suede is a synthetic fabric. Like a micro fiber. Looks like genuine leather but has a fabric feel. Easy to clean and durable.
Pu leather is a leatherette or imitation synthetic leather .
Gatsby or Polylinen is a Polyester fabric
Bull Denim is made from 100% cotton
Bamboo Fabric is spun and knit from long, strong, soft fibers derived from the pulp of bamboo plants
Polycotton is a fabric made from a blend of polyester and cotton
Warp knitting is defined as a loop-forming process in which the yarn is fed into the knitting zone, parallel to the fabric selvage
